Wonderful stay! Monica at reception was amazing, my birthday was celebrated, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The breakfast was also really good, with chefs and staff like Chef Alias, Chef Mohammad Ahmed, Chef Abier, Noora Mustafa and Sofia providing great service. Amena and her room service team were also fantastic.
This place is just superb! The rooms are spotless and the staff are very nice. Mr. Sherif Osama, the Duty Manager, provided a warm welcome and the entire team was helpful and professional. I can't wait to return!

Great hotel, very close to the airport! The staff were very nice and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. While I had some minor issues with the AC and door access, the overall experience was very positive.
